This year Thanksgiving lands on November 26 and Las Vegas is preparing for a feast. Restaurants all around town will be adding turkey to the menu for this year’s American holiday classic. Thanksgiving Dinner is a unique dining experience in Las Vegas because menus range from traditional home cooked dinner to innovative creations of typical ingredients used this time of the year. There are many Thanksgiving meals going to be served up in Las Vegas, making it easy to suite everyone’s tastes.
A Thanksgiving dinner tradition in Las Vegas is at the Hash House a Go Go. This restaurant offers their version of home cooking with a twist. The dinner is very traditional, including a ten-pound turkey and fixings, Hash House is including their Snickers chocolate bread pudding with the meal for a delicious dessert. Also Hash House a Go Go is offering a carry-out option this year for Las Vegas locals. A full turkey dinner serving 6 people will cost $89.95 making this a great value.
Alizé at The Palms is an experience for those who are looking for a classy Thanksgiving dinner experience. Alizé’s Thanksgiving menu offers a buffet dressed with pan-seared California sea bass with cannellini bean ragout, Maryland blue crab, and butternut squash risotto, among other items. The quality is excellent at this feast costing $85 per person, but worth checking out.
Mr. Lucky’s Café, located inside the Hard Rock Hotel, does Vegas Thanksgiving for $16 a person. With some of the classic Thanksgiving dishes on the menu, it also includes shrimp cocktail, salmon and pumpkin pie.
Several restaurants within the Suncoast Hotel and Casino and The Orleans Hotel and Casino are offering special Thanksgiving menus on Thursday, November 26. A wide variety of delicious holiday options including traditional Thanksgiving fare will be available at all of the restaurants. People can enjoy a turkey dinner from $9 to $38 depending on which restaurant.
